We came across this thought-provoking article by Dr Izabella Wentz called The 7 Most Common Nutrient Deficiencies in Hashimoto’s. She makes some intriguing points so we thought we would share it.

One thing that we find thoroughly interesting is:

Clues that you may have a thiamine deficiency include: having Hashimoto’s or another autoimmune condition, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), fatigue, low blood pressure, low stomach acid, brain fog, or adrenal and blood sugar issues.
